related issues. I work in a variety of ways with young people so that they can express themselves and work
through their personal challenges.

I work 1-2-1 with individuals
and can also provide workshops in Sutton, Surrey. I am able to also deliver bespoke workshops for larger

I was very lost
within my negativity, didn't really know how I felt or how to shift my mindset. Quite a distressing time physically
and emotionally. I feel normal again and in control of my feelings. It was a respectful and trustworthy relationship

T was waking up every day with extremely painful head
pain, causing excruciating discomfort, he was struggling every day
